Delana Roe has been serving as the Team Leader of the Tuscaloosa market center since 2022. KW Tuscaloosa is the #1 brokerage in West Alabama with 33% market share. She has been serving on the Regional Agent Leadership Council for the past two years.

During her previous position she was the Director of Operations for The Gray Group. The Gray Group is the #1 Keller Williams sales group in the state of Alabama and #2 in the Southeast region. The team closed 466 transactions in 2020, and 602 transactions in 2021 prior to her moving into her current leadership role.

Prior to joining KW, Delana had a decade of commercial property management, and operations experience with Bayer Properties and Cypress Equities. Her primary focus was creating efficient systems and processes to increase profitability, management of third party contracts, and day-to-day operations.

In addition to real estate, Delana is passionate about education. She has previously served as Administrator for the real estate department at Stillman College. She is a licensed CE Instructor with the Alabama Real Estate Commission. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama, and masters from The University of Alabama in communications. She holds an associate brokers license, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® where she has served as a member of the West Alabama MLS Board of Directors for the past 3 years, finance committee, and REALTOR® safety committee chair. She is married to Josh Roe, mother to daughter Charlie Beth,and the world's cutest pups, Max and Maverick.
