Born and raised in central North Carolina, and a resident of Tuscaloosa Alabama since 2017, Jonathan's interest in real estate began once moving to Alabama. Upon moving to Tuscaloosa, Jonathan accepted a job working in the Office of Urban Development and Planning for the City of Tuscaloosa. During which time with the City of Tuscaloosa, Jonathan worked closely with real estate agents, business, homeowners, developers and builders with both current and new development projects and subdivision development. This sparked an interest in real estate and he has never looked back. As a former 18 year emergency services veteran, Jonathan has always had a passion for helping people and teaching. Jonathan uses an educational approach with his clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they’re viewing and each step of the purchasing process.

In just the past two years, Jonathan has closed over $15+ million in property sales. Jonathan has consistently been a top producer at Keller Williams Realty, frequently in the company’s “Monthly Top 10″ and Jonathan also was presented with "Rookie of the year" honors his first year in real estate. Jonathan was selected as member of Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment, which is a vetted community of professional real estate agents collaborating with a passion for helping clients; specifically athletes, entertainers, coaches and those close to them feel confident and comfortable throughout the lifecycle of a housing and/or real estate need.
