Sobre mim
Hello All:
Welcome!!
I was born and raised in Colorado, first on wheat farms in Parker Colorado, then we moved to Fort Collins and bought a Dairy farm. Growing up on a Dairy taught me a lot of things such as hard work, perseverance, honesty, and integrity to name a few. I still think about it and of course I always enjoyed the animals. We had horses, cattle, chickens, dogs and cats. It was a rich and full life.
When I was eighteen I graduated from high school, and moved to Loveland Colorado to be a hairdresser. I worked at that for 10 years before I opened my own salon—a 12-station hair salon—it was one of the busiest in the state. I ran that successfully for ten years when I sold it—to pursue time with my two young daughters and also to pursue a lifelong dream of going to college-which I did—at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. There I received two bachelor’s degrees—one in Computer Information Systems and the other one in Accounting.
I started working and became an Accounting Supervisor for a large public oil-and-gas company managing three divisions. It was a very full life—my responsibilities there were supervising all areas-Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, all financial statements as well as consolidating financial statements. I was also supervisor over all of the departments.
I have also worked for Intuit—QuickBooks as well as being a tax advisor. I have and advanced certification in QuickBooks online, as well as an Enrolled Agent certification—I really enjoyed doing taxes especially for real estate investors. I am a real estate investor as well as a realtor and a manage my own properties.
When I moved to Demopolis, I decided that I needed a change and went to Real Estate school—I have always loved real estate-my whole family is involved in real estate-I love houses and the people. I joined Keller Williams as their training is second-to-none-I have found that you can gain years of training in a few short months if you hang around the best. The old adage is true—you are the sum of the five people you hang around with. If they are positive and successful, you will be positive and successful. Hang with the best—and you will be the best. The whole goal here is to negotiate the best price for your home as well as getting the buyers the value they deserve. I will do that.
